Boeing Calgary is seeking a Fleet Link Core Services Manager, reporting to the Flight Operations Manager, working out of the Calgary, Alberta, office.
The Fleet Link Services Manager will join the Boeing Digital Services and Support organization and lead a team of 24x7x365 Technical Analysts that specialize in configuration, installation, and certification of loadable software airplane parts. This team provides core managed services to Airlines, Lessors or other operators of Boeing aircraft in support of aircraft deliveries, transitions and ongoing sustainment services.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages and integrates employee activities across the Fleet Link and Library Manager program including process design and administration, continual improvement, information management, team leadership, communication, project support and/or process analysis.
- Develops and executes team activities to ensure all internal and external customer expectations are met, implements policies and procedures, sets objectives and manages key results in support of these commitments.
- Ensures adequate resources for 24x7x365 team execution, provides oversight and technical management of suppliers, tracks and manages team demand and capacity in support of service level commitments.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides input and approval of service design, complete solution value, and ensuring alignment with service execution.
- Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
- Experience in aviation technology including Boeing Loadable Software Airplane Parts Librarian services.
- Experience leading technical teams or processes
- Experience with customer relationship management
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- Bachelors degree in related Aviation, Engineering, or Technical field or combination of training, education and experience.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
