Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience with POS systems like Micros is a plus. Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Prepare and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items in accordance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, bar, and workstations
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service and cleaning up after shifts
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any special requests or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service roles preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and adhere to responsible beverage service policies
- Hospitality-oriented attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be at least 19 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

All candidates will be expected to complete Hosting and Expo training before server training begins
Pay: $16.75 per hour
