Our company is expanding into a new prospecting business area within the consulting services industry, and we are seeking a professional sales to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative your responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing potential clients, initiating valuable conversations, and creating opportunities.
Your Role:
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and follow up on warm leads.
- Utilize CRM software, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Engage in telemarketing and Online meeting efforts to promote our products and services effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or or call center related field, with a focus on B2B sales or consultant service business areas.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in inside sales or call center representative is advantageous.
