About Us:
Touhenboku Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant dedicated to serving authentic, high-quality ramen in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as servers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and organized
- Process payments (cash, debit, credit)
- Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Must speak English (Japanese or Chinese speaking is preferred)
- Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends preferred)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
