We are looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will handle a healthy mix of warm incoming inquiries, customer follow-ups, and occasional proactive outreach (cold calling) to help us find and secure new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Connect: Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads via phone and email.
Consult: Understand customer needs and match them with the right products/services.
Close: Guide customers through the buying process and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Coordination with Other Departments
Prepare sales documents, contracts, and forms.
Manage email communication and scheduling.
Support the sales manager with reports and updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or retail experience (inside sales experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right attitude!).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly,
professional phone presence.
Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to hit targets and make money.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software
Knowledge of steel products, fittings, and related materials is considered a strong asset.
