Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare light meals or snacks when requested, demonstrating basic cooking skills
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Schedule and prioritize daily cleaning tasks using strong time management skills
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness while respecting clients’ privacy and property
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for diverse client interactions
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture as needed
- Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks upon request
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety protocols
