Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
Overview
We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our service department. This role is responsible for driving performance, managing financials, leading the team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations, productivity, and quality
- Manage department budget, revenue, and expenses
- Monitor performance metrics and address gaps
- Lead, coach, and develop service team members
- Partner with HR on hiring, performance, and employee relations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support business growth
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and profitability
Requirements
- 8+ years in service/technician role within trucking or dealership industry
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
- Heavy-Duty or Commercial Transport certification
- Union environment experience
- Business or management training
