PHS Disaster Services DKI is recruiting a Full-time Project Manager with Xactimate experience to join our team. For over 20 years, PHS Disaster Services DKI has been providing exceptional restoration services in Edmonton and the surrounding area.
The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for performing site inspections, documenting losses with accurate measurements, notes, and photographs with strong attention to detail; estimating the cost of reconstruction of the entire project using Xactimate; negotiating reconstruction costs with insurance carrier representatives; communicating with the Project Coordinator and Office Manager on issues that will affect the project schedule and/or budget.
** MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE RESTORATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH KNOWLEDGE OF WITH THE EXACTIMATE ESTIMATING SOFTWARE.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client relationships as well as relationships with insurance adjusters
- Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Office Manager to ensure successful completion of assigned jobs.
- Use Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind, asbestos and mold remediation projects
- Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
- Submit estimates in a timely matter determined by company requirements
- Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPI's) by monitoring project budgets and maintaining target average gross margins
- Attend regular company-sponsored training sessions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as an estimator in the restoration industry. Possess a strong construction background and can communicate with insurance adjusters that may have very little construction knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
