Job Title: General Laborer
This position is working outside on various construction projects or property maintenance.
Duties:
- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
-Installation of fence posts, raking, shoveling.
-Available Monday - Friday, Weekend availability. 10 hours per day
-Ready to work full-time up to the end of October 2026; leading into winter snow removal crew work.
-Transportation to and from site is required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
