We're growing and we're looking for a Joiner to join our team of passionate professionals.
The Role – Craftsmanship at Its Finest
As a Red Seal Joiner at Stirling Woodworks, you will bring your expertise to the fabrication and assembly of premium custom cabinetry, millwork, and architectural wood components. You’ll work closely with a team that values precision, creativity, and pride in every detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret shop drawings and technical specs with accuracy
- Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom wood products with precision
- Collaborate closely with fellow joiners, finishers, and project managers to deliver high-quality results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices or junior team members
- Follow and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process
What You Bring
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in custom millwork or cabinetry
- Proficient with both hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement
