Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Post-Construction Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring newly constructed or renovated spaces are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the final stages of construction projects by delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of construction sites, including dust removal, floor cleaning, window washing, and debris disposal
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas to meet client standards
- Remove leftover materials, packaging, and construction debris from the site
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to coordinate cleaning schedules and requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is a plus
- Experience working in post-construction or industrial environments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable with good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
