Position Summary
- Provides part-time/casual support to the Finance & HR Coordinator, assisting with payroll, benefits, accounts payable, budgeting, and reporting.

Education and Qualifications
- Diploma/certificate in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in payroll and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations.
- Experience with benefits, WCB, or LAPP (asset).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Responsibilities
Assist with:
- Payroll and benefits.
- Accounts payable and expense claims.
- Budgeting and financial reporting.
- Journal entries and audit preparation.
Provide backup support and maintain accurate financial records.

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
