About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Services Manager to lead our operations, marketing, advertising, and client relations functions. In this role, you will drive strategic growth, oversee campaigns and programs — all while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct the operations of our marketing, advertising, and business services departments
- Develop and implement policies, strategies, and programs aligned with organizational goals
- Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for accounts and stakeholders
- Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and digital/e-commerce initiatives
- Conduct and interpret market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Manage departmental budgets, authorize expenditures, and report on financial performance
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members; foster a culture of excellence and accountability
- Represent the organization at public events, industry functions, and media engagements
- Prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership and clients
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and ethical standards
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, advertising, or business services management
- Previous experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing or advertising strategies
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting market research and campaign data
- Proficiency in various tools for Project Management, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
