Independent Glass Distributors (IGD), one of Western Canada's leading automotive glass wholesale distributors, is seeking an energetic, reliable, and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Materials Handler / Warehouse Specialist.

Position Summary
This is a full-time position with regular hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
As a Materials Handler / Warehouse Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is accurately handled, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Put away incoming inventory and maintain warehouse organization
- Perform inventory control and cycle counting activities
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions
- Safely operate forklift and order picker
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse operations as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Forklift and/or order picker experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety

Schedule

Preferred Qualifications
- Secondary School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Fluent in English
