No insurance experience is required. We provide full licensing support and structured onboarding. What we do require is a demonstrated ability to perform in a high-expectation environment - insurance knowledge can be taught, the drive to succeed must be a part of who you already are.
Role responsibilities:
· Handle a high volume of inbound calls and convert quotes to bound policies
· Deliver a strong customer experience through professionalism, accountability and best-fit insurance solution
· Accurately assess customer needs and match appropriate insurance products
· Adhere to compliance requirements and documentation standards on every interaction
· Follow established scripts, workflows and sales process guidelines consistently
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly conversion targets
· Maintain accurate records in broker management systems

Scheduled shifts: we are open 8 AM- 8 PM Monday to Friday and 10 AM- 4 PM on Saturday
Shifts will be either 10 AM- 6 PM or 12 PM - 8 PM (you will be scheduled for some afternoon shifts) and you will be scheduled for 1 Saturday per month.

Verbal confidence. The ability to hold a conversation with direction and energy, including when the subject matter is unfamiliar or the customer is guarded. Strong candidates build forward momentum in dialogue rather than hedging or deferring.
Sustained energy - A consistent, present demeanour across a full shift. This role requires the same quality of engagement on call 40 as on call 1.
Problem-solving instinct - A natural tendency to identify what isn't working, determine a course of action, execute it, and reflect on how to prevent recurrence.
Resilience under volume - The ability to reset between calls and treat each interaction as independent. Rejection is a constant in this role - how a broker responds to it determines their longevity.
Accountability - A demonstrated history of being held to expectations and meeting them.
Coachability - A genuine willingness to follow structured process and incorporate feedback. Candidates who understand that structure produces results - and work within it rather than around it - advance fastest.
Intrinsic drive - A history of initiative and work ethic that predates this opportunity. We look for candidates whose motivation is internal and consistent, not situational.
