Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to transport freight efficiently across various routes. Duties
- Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks for local and regional deliveries
- Load and unload freight using forklift or manual methods as required
- Ensure all cargo is secured properly before transit
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, routes, and vehicle logs
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for loading or unloading operations
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience in freight transportation, commercial driving, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is a plus
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to load/unload freight, lift heavy items, and perform long hours of driving

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
