Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Administrator with a minimum of three years experience in running an office. Knowledge of design and the construction industry, specifically reading blueprints, is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, designers and contractors.
Assist clients in understanding their needs for selecting materials (Kitchen, Bathroom, Fireplace Surround, etc.)
Answer phone calls and responding to emails.
Read blueprints/drawings to create quotations.
Create and email customer quotations.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for templating and installation.
Create customer invoices as needed.
Process credit card payments.
Follow up on outstanding receivables.
Strong customer service background with design knowledge.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (MS Excel and MS Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
