Description of Duties:
- Wiring of new homes, renovations, pools and cabanas, service upgrades, retrofits.
- Provide clear direction to crew members and subcontractors to ensure project targets are achieved
- Enforce all company safety protocols, proactively reporting any issues or potential hazards.
- Maintain communication regarding every project with the Project Manager through daily meetings.
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily with accurate project details.
- Lead crews in identifying and managing opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, and schedule targets.
- Ensure crew members and subcontractors are communicating with clients professionally and appropriately.
- Support and maintain healthy, happy work environments and company culture.
- Maintain the clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience managing crew members on-site
- Pools, Hot tubs, LED tape light installations
- Journeyman Electrician certification
- Clean driver's abstract
- Provide proof of personal transportation
Compensation:
- Competitive salary starting at $80,000 per year
