Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs
- Educate clients on product effects, proper usage, and safety guidelines
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Handle inventory management, including filing records and stock replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Uphold compliance with legal regulations regarding sale and consumption of products
- Support team leadership in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer operation skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell effectively
- Organizational skills for inventory management and merchandising setup
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary for stock movement or display setup
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
