Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Edmonton location. This role involves sales, restocking, and traveling to fill in as a sales associate, restocker, and temporary store manager at various locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously
Travel to different locations to provide sales and restocking support
Temporarily manage store operations in the absence of the store manager
Participate in promotional activities and special events
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and cash handling experience
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Flexible to travel and work at different locations as needed
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Must Have: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Must Have: Ability to be away for weeks at a time
Must Have: Great attitude and team player mindset
