Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting the Sales team, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Utilize Zoho Books for budgeting and financial tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee vendor management by coordinating contracts, services, and communications with external partners.
- Assist in training development by organizing training sessions and maintaining training materials for staff.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support various departments.
- Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and other office software applications is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and vendor management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
