Your Role
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling across multiple providers efficiently
- Coordinate new patient intake and guide families through their first visit
- Communicate clearly and compassionately via phone, text, and email
- Present treatment plans and support financial coordination
- Support clinical flow using your dental assisting knowledge
- Work closely with our clinical and administrative team to create a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For
- Dental Assisting background (required) – you understand dentistry and can confidently speak with parents about care
- Previous experience in a dental reception or coordination role is a strong asset
- Exceptional communication skills—you can write thoughtful, warm, and clear emails
- Naturally friendly, calm, and patient—especially with children and parents
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who takes initiative and brings positive energy to the workplace
