Overview
Anna’s Medi Spa is looking for a driven, professional, and ambitious Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness and medi-spa team.
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in massage therapy but also interested in helping grow the Anna’s Medi Spa brand. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, active or comfortable on social media, and willing to take initiative in attracting new clients, promoting services, attending events, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
While Anna’s Medi Spa provides clinic support, marketing, and access to an existing client base, we are looking for a therapist who also brings enthusiasm, strategies, and dedication to help grow their own clientele and contribute to the overall success of the business.
This role is best suited for someone who wants to be part of a growing clinic, build their personal brand, and take an active role in client acquisition and business development.
Duties
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Assess clients and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and long-term care.
- Actively work on growing your client base through excellent service, referrals, social media presence, and professional networking.
- Participate in clinic marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns, and community events.
- Attend off-site events when required to represent Anna’s Medi Spa and provide promotional or event-based massage services.
- Create or participate in professional social media content, including wellness tips, treatment education, behind-the-scenes content, and service promotions.
- Support client retention by educating clients on treatment plans, wellness routines, aftercare, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
- Keep the treatment room clean, organized, and professional.
- Work collaboratively with other practitioners and team members.
- Contribute ideas that help improve client experience, clinic operations, and brand growth.
Requirements
- Registered Massage Therapist certification.
- Membership in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy, anatomy, body mechanics, client assessment, and treatment planning.
- Professional, reliable, personable, and client-focused.
- Comfortable building relationships with clients and promoting services in a professional manner.
- Active on social media or willing to use social media to support personal and clinic growth.
- Willing to participate in marketing, events, promotions, and community outreach.
- Motivated to grow a personal client base while also supporting the clinic’s overall growth.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a spa, medi-spa, wellness clinic, or multidisciplinary clinic is an asset.
The ideal candidate is someone who wants more than just a treatment room and a schedule.
Pay: $65.00-$90.00 per hour
