Duties

- Provide expert guidance on business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to inform strategic recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on business development, process improvement, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent research capabilities combined with critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are preferred.
- Management consulting experience within diverse industries is highly desirable.

Pay: $132,068.91-$135,430.03 per year
