We are looking for a customer service pro with early morning and weekend availability to join powerhaus - a boutique fitness studio located in the heart of Westboro.

The Customer Service Coordinator is a key position in our team and requires strong interpersonal skills, an upbeat personality that thrives in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and a passion for the health and fitness industry. We are currently seeking someone to join our team long-term (this is not a summer vacancy) with availability Friday from 5.30 AM - 10.00 AM and Saturdays 7.00 AM - 12.00 PM. More shifts may be available.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Open the studio and get everything set up to welcome members
· Provide information about powerhaus training, products and services offered
· Give studio tours to prospective members
· Respond promptly to all inquiries and requests from clients and prospects
· Manage prospect management process and match each lead’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right training solution
· Organize client bookings and coordinate scheduling with trainers
· Ensure cleanliness of high-traffic studio areas
· Manage shake and coffee bar
Qualifications and Skills
· Customer service / sales experience
· Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat, charismatic personality
· Ability to multitask and handle a high-energy and fast-paced work environment
· Passion for health, fitness, or athletics
· Experience in fitness & health industry an asset
· Experience with Mindbody an asset
· Confidence communicating on the phone, in writing, and in person
