Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator Luxury Plumbing & Bath Showroom Location: Concord, ON Job Type: Full-Time About Bath City Design Bath City Design is one of the GTA's leading luxury plumbing fixture showrooms, serving homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders, and plumbing professionals. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email. - Assist customers with product selections and provide basic sales support. - Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and returns. - Coordinate customer orders from quotation through delivery. - Communicate with customers, suppliers, builders, designers, and plumbers regarding orders and project updates. - Maintain accurate customer and project records using the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books. - Process and monitor inventory transactions and special orders. - Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries. - Support showroom operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment. - Occasionally visit local job sites, suppliers, or customers when required. Qualifications Required - Minimum 2 years of experience in the plumbing, kitchen & bath, construction, or building supply industry. - Strong knowledge of plumbing fixtures and bathroom products. - Experience using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books. - Excellent computer and administrative skills. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Basic sales and upselling abilities. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. - Valid Ontario driver's licence. - Available to work Saturdays. - Legally authorized to work in Canada. Preferred - Experience working in a luxury showroom. - Ability to read architectural or plumbing drawings. - Experience working with builders, designers, architects, and contractors.
