Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly, professional experience
- Learn about customers’ needs and guide them toward the right vehicle
- Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing options
- Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and new models
- Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to deliver outstanding service
- Meet and exceed sales goals
