We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic team member to join our toy store!
If you love creating great customer experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, and have a passion for helping customers find the perfect toy, game, or gift, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a busy retail setting
- A warm, approachable personality with excellent customer service skills
- Confidence in selling products and upselling when appropriate
- A genuine enthusiasm for toys, games, and gifts
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- A team player who is reliable and positive
- Available to work every other weekend
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect products
- Offer thoughtful recommendations and suggest complementary items
- Help create a fun and inviting shopping experience
- Process sales and handle customer transactions
- Restock shelves and help keep displays looking fresh and exciting
- Support the team during busy store hours
