We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with customers needs in our drive thru, tire storage organization and tracking, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals.
- Shop and drive thru cleanliness
- Tire storage organization and tracking
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
