Phylax Security is hiring professional Security Guards for an active construction site in Georgina, Ontario (Kennedy Road area)
This role is ideal for guards who are alert, dependable, and comfortable working independently during day / night shifts. The position involves routine patrols, incident monitoring, and maintaining a visible security presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety risks
- Write daily activity logs and incident reports
- Follow site post orders and supervisor direction
- De-escalate situations using communication and professionalism
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- Valid G/G2 Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle to travel to site
- Must be able to start ASAP
- Ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods
- Professional appearance and communication
Compensation:
Rate varies based on site assignment, shift type, and guard certification level.
Positions available for:
- Part-time
- Morning / Evening / Overnight / Weekends shifts
