Create desserts that thousands of people line up for.
We're the team behind some of Ottawa's most viral desserts, including our signature Trompe l'Oeil collection and handcrafted premium chocolate bars. We're looking for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to create products that look as incredible as they taste.
Whether you have professional kitchen experience or are eager to learn, we'll provide the training. What matters most is your attention to detail, work ethic, and passion for quality.
What You'll Do
- Prepare our signature chocolate bars and Trompe l'Oeil desserts following detailed recipes and production standards.
- Temper chocolate, assemble desserts, fill molds, decorate products, and package finished items.
- Maintain consistent quality, appearance, and portioning across all products.
- Assist with daily food preparation and production planning.
- Package finished products for retail while maintaining presentation and freshness.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.

Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, bakery, pastry, confectionery, or food production experience is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with basic culinary techniques is preferred.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
- Experience with chocolate, pastry, or dessert production is a strong asset.
