We are looking for a Barber to join our new location. You will be responsible for providing a range of grooming services to clients of all ages. As a key member of our team, you should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay current with the latest barbering techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of haircuts, including buzz cuts, fade cuts, long haircuts, and kid's cuts
- Perform beard trims, head shaves, and straight razor shaves
- Offer hot towel shaves and shampoo & conditioning treatments
- Deliver waxing services for clients seeking grooming beyond haircuts
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines
- Build rapport with clients to understand their grooming preferences and ensure satisfaction
- Stay up to date on the latest grooming techniques, trends, and products
- Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere for both clients and staff
Qualifications:
- Valid barbering/cosmetology license
- Proficiency in a wide range of haircut styles and shaving techniques
- Experience with straight razor shaves, hot towel treatments, and waxing preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to cleanliness and sanitation protocols
