Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor/Manager to lead our food service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
At least 1 year working experience at a tacotime is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant or food service operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Manage and train staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols
- Oversee POS transactions using Micros POS systems and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Lead team management activities including interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all areas of operation
- Coordinate food preparation and kitchen activities to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
- Collaborate with other departments such as barista services or hotel operations to enhance overall guest Proven
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, food safety, and handling procedures
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, kitchen workflows, and food industry standards
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on teamwork and hospitality excellence
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and safety protocols is essential
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
