Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Roofer and helpers to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman work is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Install new roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, or other
- Repair or replace damaged or worn roofing components to ensure waterproofing and durability
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during all phases of roofing project
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for roofing tasks
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and improve insulation performance
- Assist with other construction or carpentry tasks as needed to support project completion
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools, construction, carpentry
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and waterproofing methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in roofing or related construction fields is a plus
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation to job sites
