POSITION OVERVIEW
The Site Superintendent oversees day-to-day site operations and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to CCR’s high standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
- Maintain site documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and make timely decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Journeyperson certification
- Experience as a Superintendent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
