Now Hiring: Light Duty & Heavy Duty Cleaners – Janitorial Services (Condominiums) We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaners and Heavy Duty Cleaners to join our janitorial team servicing residential condominium buildings. Light Duty Cleaner Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas. - Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. - Clean washrooms and replenish supplies. - Empty garbage and recycling bins. - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Heavy Duty Cleaner Responsibilities: - Operate floor cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers and floor buffers. - Perform deep cleaning of common areas, stairwells, and parking garages. - Clean and maintain compactor rooms and garbage areas. - Handle heavy lifting and moving of equipment when required. - Complete seasonal and periodic cleaning tasks. - Support light duty cleaning tasks as needed. Requirements: - Previous janitorial or condominium cleaning experience is an asset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing cleaning duties. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
