Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dedicated, self motivated Shipper/Receiver, who pays attention to detail. If you would like to become part of a progressive, fast-growing company, we encourage you to apply!
What will you do?
- Ensure all delivery requirements/logistics for each customer are followed.
- Process orders and ensure inventory levels are updated in inventory software.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shipping/receiving and warehouse area, ensuring compliance with. Quality Assurance and Worksafe standards.
- Weekly inventory of warehouse supplies.
- Visually inspect suppliers dropping off or picking up orders, to ensure safety in the shipping/receiving area.
- Maintain records and checklists; file paperwork.
- Plan and organize pick ups with various carriers based on requested delivery dates.
- Occasionally contribute to roasting or packaging efforts depending on production needs.

What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Team Player.
- Previous experience as Shipper/Receiver in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Experience with: Google docs, Google sheets, NetSuite; Amazon and Shopify vendor experience is an asset.
Considerations:
- Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Working in a manufacturing environment, noise and temperature fluctuations of heat and cold.
- Required to lift and move up to 50 lbs over waist level.
- Strong scent of roasted coffee.
Nice to haves:
- Forklift and/or electric pallet jack certificate is desirable.
- First Aid Certification is desirable.
