The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Confirmations/Customer Service on behalf of one of our employer partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- To confirm all the orders that are being delivered, address, name, phone number, and appliances
- Make sure that the order is paid in full
- New customer make sure that they have their key
- Let the customer know to inspect the appliances
- Make sure that the invoice is paid in full
- All appliances are in stock, working with Purchasing Department
Schedule & Availability:
Full Time Shift: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service is required
- Comfortable handling payments and basic data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
