Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role is essential in upholding our high standards of hospitality and cleanliness, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are dusted and sanitized.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
- Replace linens and towels, restock supplies, and maintain inventory of cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks as needed, including industrial cleaning projects or special requests from management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning settings will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.35 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
