Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Year Round Labourers & Foreman to join our dynamic Snow and Landscape team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of work throughout the year, with seasonal task changes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to different tasks and environments. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Experience driving pick up trucks and trailers
- Operate basic equipment and tools safely.
- Bonus if you have experience operating skid steers
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities
Qualifications
- Prior construction and/or Landscape experience or related manual labor background preferred but not required
- Foreman position - Supervising experience or leadership skills are desirable for future growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and safety protocols on job sites
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
