Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing & Sponsorship Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and sponsorship collaborations. This role is essential for enhancing brand visibility, driving e-commerce growth, and establishing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing strategies, analytics, and creative content development, with a focus on maximizing digital channels to achieve business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Design compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools.
- Maintain and update websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure optimal user experience.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Manage sponsorship relationships by identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and coordinating promotional activities.
- Oversee Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI through targeted advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for online sales growth.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and related web development skills.
- Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
- Ability to conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Experience managing sponsorships or strategic partnerships is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for campaign optimization.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.
