The CEO is responsible for unifying the organization around a shared vision, ensuring strong financial stewardship, and leading a values-driven culture that aligns with mission, people, and operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Ability to bring cohesion across departments and leadership
- Experience aligning programs, people, and resources with mission and strategy
- Master’s Degree with senior leadership experience within an Indigenous organization
- Leadership rooted in integrity, accountability, and cultural awareness
- Strong financial management and operational leadership skills
