We’re Hiring!
We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for a Digital Marketing Manager in our Marketing Department at our Leamington office.
What You'll Do:
Digital Planning & Execution
-
Partner with marketing leadership to create a digital roadmap that drives strategic priorities.
-
Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand identity across all digital media platforms.
-
Utilize AI tools and agency partnerships for planning and execution of campaigns
Campaigns
-
Develop, activate, and monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with company goals and objectives making ongoing optimization recommendations and measuring success using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
AEO/SEO/SEM
-
Work with internal team to create a strong search strategy across agentic, organic, and paid, ensuring content, structure, and investments increase web traffic from the targeted audiences at the right points in the journey.
Social Media
-
Drive brand growth and consumer engagement through effective management of social media platforms.
-
Responsible for execution, including campaign set up, tagging, creative assets and reporting across channels.

Lead day-to-day digital agency relationship and activation.
Website Management
-
Manage website health, optimization, security, and integration of new content and features.
-
Work with internal team to develop necessary imagery and graphic elements for digital campaigns and website.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
-
Lead the analytics and reporting for all digital touchpoints including web traffic, social reach and engagement, PPC, etc.

Present regular campaign and touchpoint performance recaps, using insights to recommend strategy changes.
CMS Management
-
Optimize the use of the content management platforms.
Technology and Trends
-
Stay updated on current technologies, trends and best practices through continuing education and research.
-
Suggest recommendations and/or incorporate into design work as appropriate.
Process Improvement
-
Evaluate existing processes and workflows to find opportunities for efficiencies and quality improvement.
General
- Comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

What You Bring:
-
2 or more years of experience in a digitally oriented marketing role.
-
A university degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
-
Demonstrated experience in managing a team including coaching, employee development and achieving performance goals.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Exceptional communication abilities, active listening skills and written communication skills.
-
Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.
-
Valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. or internationally as required.
-
Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.

Proficiency in working with computers and software programs, specifically ERP, KPI Portals and Microsoft Office more specifically Excel and Nav.

Ability to identify issues and problem solve independently using appropriate resources internally and externally.

Ability to adapt quickly to changes and re-prioritize tasks with short notice, and perform all other duties as required to support overall project completion and success.

Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

What To Expect:
-
Most of the day is spent in the office – walking sitting and standing throughout the day.
-
Fast paced environment working with a wide array of people/cultures in a team setting.
-
Full time hours Monday to Friday with availability to work flexible hours including weekends and extended hours if needed. Available to answer emails and calls in the evenings and on weekends if necessary.

Working with minimal supervision during the day but also communicating with different individuals and teams across our facilities and from external organizations.
-
Use of stairs/elevators.
-
There may be an occasional need for some heavy lifting up to 30lbs (when needed).
-
Required to participate in promotions, tradeshows and/or company events that require walking/standing for long periods of time.
-
Travel to different locations within and outside of Canada as needed.
