Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Crane Operators (Tower) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining tower cranes on construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tower cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment on construction sites.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on tower cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Communicate with site supervisors and fellow workers to coordinate lifting and movement activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with tower cranes.
- Keep accurate records of crane operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating tower, self erect cranes and Mobile in a construction environment.
- Valid tower self erect & mobile crane operator certification/license.
- Strong understanding of crane operation and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform lifting and operating tasks.
- Attention to detail and focus on safety.
