As a Food Prep Worker, you will be part of the kitchen support staff, contributing to efficient meal preparation and maintaining high standards of hygiene. What's the Job?
- Prepare and portion food items according to standardized recipes and production requirements
- Use daily worksheets to ensure accurate meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area
- Handle food with proper knife skills and temperature control techniques
- Assist in other kitchen duties as needed to support team efficiency
What's Needed?
- Minimum one year of food preparation or related work experience preferred
- Knowledge of food prep, sanitation, and proper knife handling
- Ability to read and write for effective communication
- Mathematical skills for portioning and measurements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
