We are currently hiring a dependable site handyman for our new construction sites in Ottawa area. The ideal candidate is hands - on, organized and able to assist with both general site work and daily supervision.
Job type:
- Full time;
- Monday to Friday;
-Occasional weekend may be required.
Pay:
Starting at $25.00 - $30.00, based on experience.
Location: Ottawa, ON
Responsibilities (but is not limited to):
- Performing general handyman tasks and construction support, minor repairs, touch-ups, cleanup, material handling, and basic maintenance tasks;
- Coordinate with trades and suppliers when needed;
- Assist with site supervision and daily progress;
- Ensure work is completed efficiencies and safely;
- Perform other tasks when required;
Requirements:
- Experieces in construction, renovations or site maintenance;
- Reliable and ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Comfortable using basic tools and equipment;
Successful applicants will have a valid driver's licence and their own transportation.
