Summary:
The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle. Our company is looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about building relationships with our customers.
Job Duties:

Work with customers to understand their needs.

Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.

Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.

Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.

Additional duties assigned.
Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.

Computer skills and understanding of technology.

Experience with CDK software is considered an asset.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on repair techniques and industry trends; contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of customer service experience.

Experience with DMSs is an asset.
-
Valid Driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.

Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.

Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with engaging attitude.

Passion for delivering high quality.

Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
Compensation:
- Compensation range: $50,000.00- $60,000.00

The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.
This compensation encompasses salary, non-discretionary performance bonuses, and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
