Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to join our Cloverdale team. This role involves delivering bottled water and related products to residential and commercial customers throughout the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer focused, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
Delivery drivers are a key part of our operation and represent our company directly with customers. Reliability, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles on scheduled routes throughout Vancouver and Tri-Cities
- Deliver and exchange 18.9L water bottles, coolers, and related products at customer locations
- Load and unload delivery vehicles at the warehouse each morning
- Carry water bottles into homes, offices, and businesses while maintaining proper lifting technique
- Pick up empty bottles and return them to the warehouse for processing
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates or delivery issues
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and report any maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations
Requirements
- Valid BC driver’s license (Class 5, Class 7 / N drivers are welcome to apply)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 18.9L water bottles (approximately 20kg)
- Strong time management and route efficiency skills
- Comfortable working independently throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous delivery experience is an asset but not required
Preferred Experience
- Delivery driving or route service experience
- Experience handling heavy items or physically demanding work
- Warehouse or logistics experience
