Island Outfitters is currently looking for a Sales Associate for our Firearms Department. Jobs duties will include:
- Providing general customer service
- Knowing safety and gun regulations
- Safely handling and selling firearms
- Validating licenses online
- Stocking and tidying shelves
- Answering questions regarding firearms (as well as general questions)
- Documenting required information during firearm sales
- Maintaining a tidy and clean workspace
Requirements
- Able to work well in a fast paced, team based, environment
- Some computer and admin skills a plus
- Sales skills and experience with firearms and gun products
- A valid PAL (both restricted and non-restricted) - this is required
