Baxtec is seeking a licensed Refrigeration Technician/Gas Fitter to perform commercial service, maintenance, and installation work in the Ottawa area.

MAIN DUTIES
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC problems in a variety of systems including AC units, chillers, boilers, computer room cooling, humidification/dehum systems
- Complete minor installations independently or as part of a group
- Maintenance of HVAC systems on a scheduled basis
- Programming and modifications of various control systems
- Provide after hours on call emergency service (2-3 weeks per year)
- Completion of documentation required as part of our customer service process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ontario Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician 313A / or Apprenticeship
- Ontario Gas Fitter I or II
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Capable of obtaining high level security clearance
- Strong customer service skills
- Interest in new technologies and training
